Acceptable use

Marbs is a loyalty platform for venue owners and their guests. You may use it only for its intended purpose: earning and redeeming loyalty points at participating venues. You may not attempt to manipulate point balances, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in any way that is fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to applicable law.

Venue owners are responsible for ensuring their use of Marbs complies with local laws, including consumer protection and marketing regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

The service

Marbs is provided as-is. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

Marbs points ("marbs") have no monetary value and cannot be transferred for cash. Their value is set entirely by the venue issuing them. Marbs.club does not hold, manage, or guarantee the value of any points.

Accounts and access

Venue owner accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Guest passes are tied to the device wallet account they were added to and sync via Apple or Google's standard wallet infrastructure.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marbs.club's liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our business. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Marbs after a revised version is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify venue owners in advance.
